We are ACE Academic Services, a Singapore team that helps students and working professionals with their academic work. You can always reach us at [email protected], or on WhatsApp, Telegram, and Carousell.
What we collect
We only ask for what we actually need to help you:
- Your contact details: a name or nickname, your email, and your WhatsApp or Telegram number.
- Your order: the brief, the subject, the deadline, and anything you send us to work from.
- Payment details: handled through secure payment methods. We never store your full card number.
- Your messages: so we can help you and keep track of your order.
- Basic website data: things like your browser and the pages you visit, through cookies, so the site runs well.
What we do with it
- Talk through what you need, quote you, and complete your order.
- Deliver your work, handle any changes, and honour the guarantee.
- Take payment and send you a receipt.
- Answer your questions and keep you updated.
- Send you the odd offer, but only if you say yes.
- Keep the website safe and working.
Who sees it
We never sell your data. It only goes where it needs to go to get your work done:
- The payment provider, to take your payment safely.
- Our writers, who are local and sworn to confidentiality, so they can do your work.
- The services that run our site and email, so we can reach you.
- Authorities, but only if the law leaves us no choice.
We will never tell your school, your employer, or anyone else that you came to us. That stays between you and ACE.
How long we keep it
We hold your order and messages for as long as we need to serve you, stand behind the guarantee, and keep proper records. After that we delete or anonymise it. If you want it gone sooner, just ask.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to work properly, remember what you prefer, and show us how people use the site. You can switch cookies off in your browser, though a few things may not work as smoothly if you do.
What you can ask for
Any time, you can:
- See what we hold about you and get a copy.
- Fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Stop marketing messages.
- Ask us to delete your data, apart from records we are required to keep.
