Welcome to ACE. These terms explain how we work together when you order from us. Placing an order means you are happy with them, so have a quick read first.
1. What we do
We give you original, custom-written reference material and study help: essays, reports, dissertations, thesis work, resumes, coding, and data analysis. Every piece is written by our own local team. Nothing is outsourced.
2. How ordering works
- You tell us what you need, with your brief, deadline, and any materials.
- We confirm the scope, the price, and a delivery date.
- You pay to lock it in.
- We finish and send your work by the agreed date, usually early, so you have time to look it over.
3. Payment
- Your order starts once we receive payment, or the agreed deposit.
- The price is fixed before we begin. No surprises, no hidden fees.
- You pay through the methods we share with you when you order.
4. Delivery
- We agree the date with you upfront.
- We aim to deliver early, so there is room to review and ask for changes.
- We can only hit the date if your instructions and materials reach us on time. If they come late, the date may move.
5. Changes and revisions
- We want you happy with the result. If the work does not match what we agreed, tell us and we will put it right.
- Revisions should stay within your original brief. Brand new requirements are a new order.
6. Our 100% Pass or 200% Refund guarantee
Here is how it works. First, you hand your finished work to your lecturer for feedback. That is exactly why we deliver early, so there is time to make any changes they suggest. If it still does not pass, and that almost never happens once your lecturer has already shown you what to fix, we pay you back double.
You get this in writing when you order. A few conditions keep it fair:
- The work is submitted for feedback and any suggested fixes are made.
- The claim comes with the official grade or result from your institution.
- It covers the work as we delivered it, not changes made by others afterwards.
In over ten years, we have barely ever had to pay it out. That is the whole point.
7. How to use your work
What we give you is a model piece and a study aid, there to help you understand your subject, shape your ideas, and lift your own work. It is not meant to be handed in as your own. How you use it is your responsibility, and so is staying within your institution's rules. Our Fair Use Policy explains the right way to use it.
8. Your privacy
Who you are and what you ordered stays private. We will not tell your school, your employer, or anyone else that you used ACE, and our writers are held to the same. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.
9. Ownership
Once your order is paid in full, the work is yours to use as a reference for your studies. We keep a record of the transaction for our own accounts and quality checks. Our website, brand, and design stay ours.
10. Cancelling
Need to cancel? Let us know as early as you can. Whether we can refund, and how much, depends on how far along the work is. Once it is finished and delivered, it is not refundable, except under the guarantee above.
11. Watch out for copycats
There is only one ACE Academic Services. Others copy our name, our reviews, and our look. Before you pay, make sure you are talking to us through our official channels. We cannot be responsible for anything that happens with an imitation account.
12. Where we stand on liability
We do our work with real care. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, and our responsibility for any order is capped at what you paid for it, unless the guarantee says otherwise.
13. Updates
These terms may change now and then. The current version always lives here with the date on top.
14. The legal bit
These terms follow the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is handled by the Singapore courts.
